Agreement

By signing below, the nursery confirms that:

• It has the authority to enter into this agreement.

• Candid You Photography is permitted to photograph on the nursery premises during agreed sessions.

• The nursery will obtain any necessary parental consents in accordance with its own safeguarding and data protection procedures.

• This agreement confirms that the nursery has permission to engage Candid You Photography and that this contract remains in force from the date signed until terminated by either party upon written notice.
