Thanks so much for taking out the time to speak to me about your expectations from your session. In this page, I will go over mostly all that we discussed during our call.

Step One : About the Session

These Mini Sessions are 25 minutes long. They will be held on Saturday, 3rd July at Confetti Flower Fields, Pershore. The originally available slots are - 2:00, 2:30, 3:00, 3:30, 4:00, 4:30.

As its the busy season, the availability of these slots keep changing. Therefore, if you are tied to a particular time, please let me know.

There is a Session Fee of £150 for each session. In case you are part of a promotion, then this fee is waived. There is only a refundable deposit of £50 that needs to be paid. It is refundable in the true sense :) You can later on apply it towards your additional purchases. Or God forbid if you don’t like any of your images, this will come back to you. If part of a promotion, you will also get a 5x7 complimentary print, as a thank you for your time - no strings attached.

Please note that this will not cover the cost of entrance fees at the location. Admission Tickets are £6.50 for adults. Under 5s are free. Car park is free :)

Step TWO : the Session ITSELF

Once you book, I will be in touch to give you ideas about what to wear, keeping you updated about weather on the day and being available via text/whatsapp/calls for any questions that might come to mind.

On the day of, I request you to reach 15 minutes before your booked start time. This should give you enough buffer to park your car, acclimatise yourself with the surroundings and most importantly, come and find me. (I will text you my exact location on the field so that you wont have to look for me :))

Since I will have to take on subsequent families according to their start time - I request you to pleeeeeeeease be on time! Since I will be on a schedule, I will unfortunately not be able to accommodate you at another family’s time slot, if you are not on time. Therefore, please plan buffers in your schedule for the day.

The actual session itself will be super relaxed, casual and fun. I aim to capture natural, organic images for my families. I understand this is not for everyone. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable with my approach. I WILL guide yourselves, kids and most importantly…your partners :)) But my aim is always to take families back to this fun afternoon when they view their photos in the future. Therefore, my goal on that day will be to make sure I make you do things which are fun for you. And capturing your family while you are having genuine, heartfelt, joyous, fun - that’s my job and I love it! :)

Step Three : the FUN Part

Approximately two weeks after your session, I will be in touch to let you know your gallery is ready. For a 25 minute session, you can expect to see 15 images. My galleries tend to be bigger but there should at least be 15 images to choose from in any case.

I do this part slightly differently though. I believe getting the images from the photo session is very exciting. Thats why, I go a little extra and create a slideshow of these images for you with music in the background. I put this additional effort, as I hope you will find the biggest screen in your home, cuddle together and enjoy the pictures as a family :)

You will have access to this slideshow for a full 24 hours. You get to decide which 24 hours it will be, accordingly to your schedule and convenience - only then I send the link to you. You can view it as many times as you want during this time. You can even share it with family if you want.

After these 24 hours, you can tell me if you liked your images and are interested in purchasing any of the collections.

Once you have selected your collection, your gallery comes alive and you will have a full week to finalise your selection. What you do with your final images is super important to me.

I believe you will never get the same emotion from looking at a picture on your screen vs. looking at it on your wall or by flipping through an album with your images.

In addition to the products in the link, there are exquisite lay flat albums and gift prints to choose from.

In case you have any other product in mind, lets discuss. Serving my families by helping them enjoy their photos is my top most priority.
